1. No Returns on Digital Services
VertaLink Solutions provides digital services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, App Development, and PPC Management. Due to the nature of these services:
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns once services have been rendered or a billing cycle has begun.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following limited conditions:
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- Services were not delivered as agreed upon in a signed contract, and the failure was clearly due to our fault.
To request a refund, please email us at contact@vertalinksolutions.com within 7 days of the charge date. We reserve the right to investigate all claims and determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by emailing contact@vertalinksolutions.com or contacting your account manager.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation notice must be submitted at least 7 business days before the next billing date.
- Services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
- No partial-month refunds will be provided after services have started.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card company or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with all available evidence.
- Terminate your access to current and future services.
- Forward the account to collections, if appropriate.

5. Processing Fees
Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless the entire payment is deemed refundable under section 2 above.
